Our Vineyards

A palette of colors

We seek a viticulture where the terroir expresses itself authentically in each wine. That is why we identify and work each plot independently. Our grapes come from our own vineyards distributed throughout the Uco Valley, allowing us to cultivate diverse varieties and reflect the unique character of each origin. With 46 hectares planted across different estates, we take advantage of the diversity of soils, orientations, and irrigation systems. The climatic contrasts of the valley provide ideal conditions for obtaining wines of excellent quality.

We are always exploring and experimenting, just as artists do. We have been adding vineyard plots with unique profiles in various subregions of the valley. This soil heterogeneity allows us to showcase the versatility of grape varieties, seeking their distinctive expression across the different terroirs within the Uco Valley.

Technology in service of art

Our facilities in Vista Flores combine functional design with precision winemaking technology, creating the perfect space where technique meets creative freedom. We have different types of vessels to use according to the specific characteristics of each wine.

Conical steel tanks

When the grapes enter our climate-controlled rooms, they undergo cold maceration through thermal control that preserves aromatic purity. This type of technology, size and material allows us to work separately with hectares from our different estates.

Innovative egg-shaped concrete vessels harness natural circulation to express the delicacy of aromas.

Barrel aging

Aging takes place in galleries designed to optimize integration with French oak barrels. Our underground cellar houses our finest selections at constant temperature and humidity.

Alberto Benenati, our agronomist, walks the vineyard rows as if they were gallery corridors, paying attention to how each plant responds to its specific location. Even the management of our vineyards reflects this approach.

Diego Barrera, together with the enology team, approaches winemaking with the same attention to composition and balance that an artist brings to the canvas. Every blending decision grows from a dialogue between vineyard and winery, translating the grapes' expression of altitude and terroir into wines with depth and identity.
