Creative Manifesto

Where Art and Wine Meet

Composition of 5 labels, 5 artists and 5 wines by Claroscuro

Claroscuro emerges from a creative manifesto, where every bottle acts as a cultural ambassador that turns the label into a portable gallery of contemporary Argentine art. We seek a work that dialogues with the personality of each wine and allows us to build an inseparable pairing. Inspired by the chiaroscuro technique, we understand that identity reveals itself through contrast. As in a work of art, light gains meaning when it meets shadow.

The label is not decoration: it is a collaboration. We seek a work that dialogues with the energy of the wine and build a narrative that connects artist, wine and person.

Inspired by the chiaroscuro technique, we understand that identity reveals itself through contrast. As in a painting, light finds its meaning when it meets shadow.

A good chiaroscuro technique makes the excellence of the artistic work. The contrasts between day and night, cold and heat, light and darkness are the chiaroscuros that the vine needs to become an excellent wine.

— Paula Cucchiara

Emotional Tasting: Our Creative Process

Each pairing between wine and artwork is defined through three sensitive movements. First we listen to what the wine suggests on the palate; then we search for the work capable of translating that energy; finally, we unite both voices so that each bottle tells an experience with its own identity.

  1. Illustration of a wine glass being tasted

Listening to the Voice of the Wine

We open the wine without rushing and let it speak to us. Aromas, texture, cadence and length trace an emotional landscape: that is where the pulse emerges that we then seek to translate into image.

  2. Illustration of a painter's palette with a brush

Finding the Work that Accompanies It

We enter workshops, archives and galleries with that sensation still alive. We are not looking for a literal illustration, but for a work that breathes at the same frequency as the wine.

  3. Illustration of two wine glasses in a toast

Turning the Encounter into a Label

When the encounter happens, we build a label with cultural depth. The bottle combines artwork, artist and narrative so that whoever opens it receives a complete experience, not just a varietal.
