DESCRIPTION
vineyards
The grapes used were extracted from our own vineyards located in Agua Amarga, Tunuyán, Valle de Uco at 1100 meters above sea level. We have a deep sandy loam soil and a temperate climate. The thermal amplitude, with cold nights makes it ideal for growing Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillon. The irrigation system is by dripping with water from the melting of the high peaks.
elaboration
Grapes harvested manually in mid-February. The three varietals are made together. Pressed with whole bunch oxidatively. Cold maceration for 24 hours. at 7°C with subsequent bursting. This process is carried out in our small stainless steel frustoconical tanks. Fermentation temperature: 14-16°C. Partial malolactic fermentation. Very slight movement of mud every 15 days.
Tastings Notes
Golden yellow in color, with greenish reflections. Very expressive aromatically. Its aromas are balanced and expressive, with notes of white, tropical and citrus fruits.
On the palate, fresh, voluptuous, elegant, with a well-defined fruit character. With a good acidity. The finish of the wine is long and the tropical fruits reappear, inviting us to have one more glass of this elegant wine.
