65% Chardonnay, 23% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Semillon.
Single vineyard located in Agua Amarga, Tunuyan,
Valle de Uco at 1100 m.s.l.
Hand harvested mid-February. Pressed with sticks oxidatively.
The three varietals were elaborated together.
Cold maceration for 20 hours at 8°C. Fermentation temperature is
14-16°C in small stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation.
A very light movement of lees every 15 days.
Golden yellow in color, with greenish reflections.
Very expressive aromatically. Well balance mainly, with notes
of white flowers, tropical and citrus fruits.
Refreshing on the palate, voluptuous elegant, with a fruity
character. Lovely acidity. Long finished, lot of tropical fruits
inviting us to have one more glass of this elegant wine.
